As part of BA 2015, a template for the Systematic Completion Plan was developed. The purpose of this document is to describe the processes that the project should adhere to for systematic completion, identify the responsible parties for ensuring the execution of these processes, and ensure that all deliverables are quality assured from the design phase to the operational phase.

Once developed, the plan should be project-specific and provide guidance on how the project should work to achieve the benefits of working systematically towards completion in all phases of the project.

The plan outlines the documents that need to be prepared and followed in relation to Systematic Completion. Attached to this document are examples of various documents.
